Criminal procedure code of Montenegro and the German Experience"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Seminar &#8211; Criminal procedure code of Montenegro and the German Experience <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Legal Center has organized, with the support of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), a seminar entitled &#8220;Criminal procedure code of Montenegro and the German Experience&#8221; held on June 23 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Speakers at the seminar were: Michael Schwarz &#8211; Senior Prosecutor in the Dusseldorf Prosecutor&#8217;s Office who spoke on the topic &#8211; New Criminal procedure Code of Montenegro, observation based on German experience in criminal proceedings; Petar Stojanovi\u0107 &#8211; Judge of the Supreme Court of Montenegro who gave a speech on the topic \u2013evidence collecting procedures in preliminary enquiries and investigation: secret surveillance measures in criminal procedure, application of photographs and audio-visual recordings as evidence;
