Legal center in the working body of the Ministry of interior (MoI)
Our colleague Luka Kovačević was elected for a member of the Working body for drafting and monitoring of the implementation of Strategy for Integrated Migration Management in Montenegro 2021-2025 and Reintegration Strategy for Persons Returned under the Readmission Agreement 2021-2025.
The main goal of the strategic documents is to provide full harmonization and establishment of the legal framework, continuous strengthening of the institutional framework that enables effective implementation of migration management policy in accordance with EU rules and standards, creation of preconditions for adequate access to the process of readmission and reintegration of readmitted persons at all levels, as well as establishment of the monitoring system to these two strategic documents.
